Husband and wife team, Christopher and Georgina Magowan, come with a wealth of experience in the property industry.
Christopher Magowan
Born and raised in Northern Ireland, Chris Magowan has had an extensive career to date. Having started out with Best Property Services in County Down, he held the position of Associate Director and Manager of the Armagh office where he gained experience in Red Book Valuations, compulsory purchase, expert witness reports and landlord & tenant negotiations amongst other things. Expanding his skill-set with Morrison Homes, Chris became the Regional General Manager for the Republic of Ireland before moving this side of the Irish Sea over a decade ago to work with Natta Country Homes Ltd and Elcorp Ltd as Head of Land Development and Strategic Land Investment Coordinator respectively. Eager to turn his hand to any new skill, an acute interest in Land Law has culminated in his being called to the Bar in 2015. Most recently he worked as a surveyor for Arnold & Baldwin.
Chris is a huge rugby fan and was Director of London Irish ARFC, achieving 3 league promotions in 4 years for the London Irish Wild Geese to National 2.
Having lived in Richmond for over 15 years, he knows Middlesex, Surrey, Central and South-West London extremely well.
Georgina Magowan
Georgina Magowan grew up in Oxfordshire and moved to London to focus on her career in Interior Design over 12 years ago. Having studied at klc School of Interior Design, Georgina has been involved on both the supplier side and client side, working for the likes of Rui Ribeiro, Taylor Howes, Madeline Weinrib and Hugh Leslie. Her focus is high-end residential and she has helped clients across the globe to create beautiful homes. Work to date includes a chalet in Switzerland, a manor house in Berkshire, show homes for the St Georges Fulham Reach Development in Hammersmith, a townhouse in central London, a farmhouse in the South of France and a 400 year old cottage in the Cotswolds.
Imogen Fraser
Imogen is Magowans Business Development Manager and also PA to Christopher Magowan.
John Anderson
John Anderson BA MRICS Registered Valuer Residential & Commercial Valuation, Expert witness and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 30 years of qualified experience, for local and national consultancies. An RICS Registered Valuer John has also been involved with major investment transactions within the UK, as well as having held the position of Associate Director, RICS Professional Groups, responsible for delivering professional guidance for members.
Fred Pilkington
Fred Pilkington is an RICS Registered Valuer and Consultant, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004. He has worked with a variety of UK property firms in London since 2001, including the central London valuation team at CBRE.
Fred has a BSc from Georgetown University and an MA in Property Valuation and Law from City University (Cass Business School).
